Thanks for purchasing our products or subscribing to our services at The Strong Foundation.
For products, we offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you are eligible for a full reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
After the 14-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We encourage our customers to try the product in the first two weeks after their purchase to ensure it fits your needs.
For subscriptions, you may cancel at any time for no additional fee.
For services, you can cancel an appointment and receive a full refund up until 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. After that, there are no refunds, if you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. After services are rendered, if you are not satisfied, you may be eligible for a full refund at the sole discretion of The Strong Foundation.
