SHIPPING
The Strong Foundation offers the following shipping options, which may vary by item:
Standard Shipping: Standard shipping is typically the default checkout setting. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 3 - 5 business days after the items have been shippined and picked up by the delivery carrier.
2-Day Shipping: Depending on the shipping destination, 2-day shipping may be available in select areas. Your item(s) are expected to be delivered within 2 business days after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Express Shipping: Your items(s) are expected to be delivered within 1 business day after the items have been shipped and picked up by the delivery carrier.
Please note:
Business days don’t typically include weekends, however, Saturday deliveries may occur in select zip codes.
Some items may not be eligible for 2-day or express shipping due to size, weight, quantities, delivery address or vendor constraints.Shipping charges for Express shipping are calculated on a “per order” basis, including shipping, order processing, item selection and packaging costs and will only apply to the items using these shipping speeds.
Shipping times provided are estimates only. While most items ship on the next business day, if the order is placed before 3:00 PM Pacific time, some items may require additional processing time. Especially with international orders, due to customs delays and other factors outside of our control, orders may take longer to arrive. The Strong Foundation will not be held responsible for any delays that may occur.
For international orders, by purchasing from us, you agree that you are responsible for any duty, taxes and custom requirements or other like taxes, fees, levies, costs of expenses associated with importing products you purchase from us and shipping them internationally. The Strong Foundation cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where the delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest with the customer.
