The wisdom shared within the pages of this book is important in these times especially. King Solomon's words, sweeter than honey and smoother than oil, express truths about natural laws of creation, based on patterns the natural world runs by, of which we are also a part of. The desire to dominate & control nature has caused so much havoc & destruction on our planet. When we consider and live in accordance with nature, then we become stronger as a community, with the power of all creation backing us. The knowledge of this inherent, timeless truth can empower one to overcome whatever obstacles lie before them, and achieve access to higher states of awareness & creativity. The wisdom within this book aims to create an unconquerable people, a community that lives as one, conscious of the effects of all its choices. It outlines the ABC's of living in  love with one another, which is truly the only law of creation, as love is that which made all.

Author

Compiled by Katherine Jo Howard, a.k.a. Katyayanibetha

Katherine (Katyayani) began compiling "Wisdom from King Solomon" in 1999. She was inspired by the invaluable wisdom contained in Proverbs, written mostly by King Solomon, after having began studying them through the influence of Rastafari.

King Solomon has at times been termed "the wisest man that ever lived," due to the richness of his knowledge, the kindness of his speech, the fairness of his actions, and the right-useness of the gifts of the earth and creation that we have been given to utilize, care for and live among. Katherine felt the potential of this knowledge that when utilized, could work to strengthen and unite communities, people, relations and planet.  

Katherine published "Wisdom from King Solomon" in 2006 after seven years gestation, and with everlasting thanks to Roots & Culture International Arts & Music Production who sponsored the original production of this book.

Ithiel took on the project of creating the cover art for "Wisdom from King Solomon" in the Winter of 2005.  His vision and creativity has manifested a perfect visual representation of the wisdom contained in this book.
