WATER ELEMENT

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the Water Element encompasses all that is quiet and restful. It's energy that is formless and at peace.

Within the Five Elements of Natural Healing, this is where Detoxification and Purification fit in. We use the power of water to cleanse our bodies and quiet them by freeing them of the busyness that comes from our systems of elimination always working so hard to detoxify, and this allows for true and complete rest and rejuvenation that are so essential to healing.

Without detoxifying and purifying the body, the body cannot be quieted enough to find the deep rest required for ease of healing.

The 5 Elements of Natural Healing

Each image following represents an element of natural healing.

I developed this Five Elements of Natural Healing methodology,
based on Traditional Chinese Medicine's Five Element Theory,
which is based on nature's intrinsic processes and cycles.

All Five Elements of Natural Healing are required for quick, easy and full recovery. Whenever one element is left out, healing becomes more challenging or incomplete.
